Large-format needs a dead-flat substrate, so we pour a self-leveling underlayment wherever the existing base is not flat enough, which is what prevents lippage. Schedule and 30% Deposit
A 30% deposit locks your dates and starts material ordering. The balance is due at completion — no other payments in between.

Demolition, Prep and Self-Leveling
Old flooring comes out, the substrate is inspected, and where the base is not dead flat we pour self-leveling underlayment and let it cure before any tile is set.

Installation, Grout and Final Walkthrough
Tile goes down to a planned layout, grouting and cleanup follow, and you get daily updates throughout. We close with a walkthrough, and workmanship is covered for one year.
